The Stainless Steel Hose (Flanges) is the piping-system workhorse corrugated SS304/SS316 braided hose with flanges TIG-welded to each end for a bolted, gasket-sealed connection. It is the standard flexible connector in plant piping: absorbing pump vibration, thermal expansion and minor misalignment between flanged lines.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I choose fixed or floating flanges?
Floating (lap-joint) flanges rotate for easy bolt-hole alignment during installation useful on long runs. Fixed flanges give a rigid, compact end. Flytech welds either to order.
Why use flanged stainless hose on data centre chilled water lines?
Chilled water pumps transmit vibration and the piping moves as temperature changes. A flanged stainless braided hose absorbs both while bolting into standard flanged piping. Stainless is preferred over rubber near IT equipment because it does not age, perish or permeate, and assemblies can be hydrotested with a certificate for commissioning records.
