Interlock Pressure Hose

Packed strip-wound stainless steel hose combining interlocked toughness with leak resistance for hot and abrasive transfer duty. Ready stock in Malaysia.

The Interlock Pressure Hose takes the rugged strip-wound construction and adds packing between the interlocked strips, giving a degree of pressure and leak resistance while keeping the crush strength and heat tolerance that corrugated hose can’t match. It suits hot, abrasive transfer where an ordinary interlocking hose would leak and a rubber hose would burn or wear through.

Key Features
• Interlocked stainless strip with packing for leak and low-pressure resistance
• Retains strip-wound crush resistance and mechanical toughness
• Handles hot and abrasive media that destroy rubber hose
• SS304 or SS316 construction to suit the environment
• Cut to length and terminated to order

Applications
Hot granular transfer, ash and abrasive powder handling, and hot-air or exhaust duty needing leak resistance, foundries, steel mills, cement and glass plants across Malaysia.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between interlock pressure hose and plain interlocking hose?
The packing between the interlocked strips. Plain strip-wound hose is not leak-tight; the packed version resists leakage and modest pressure while keeping the same mechanical toughness.
